AZ Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Court Decision Could Increase Agent E&O Premiums
The Arizona Supreme Court is weighing in on the state’s uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage selection form — a decision that could dramatically increase insurance agency’s errors and omissions premiums, according to the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Arizona.
According to IIABAZ’s amicus brief in Ballesteros v. Farmers Moves Simi Valley Employees to Woodland Hills

The Woodland Hills facility is already home to some Farmers employees and the building currently is branded 21st Century Insurance Co., but the name on the building will be changed to Farmers Insurance.

They considered the impact that CBOs can have on enrollment, looking at organizations from schools and libraries to fire departments and county fairs.
Only six states have a higher rate of uninsured Children than Colorado, so this issue of of particular concern here. U
